We are a small Houston-focused team that handles workplace relationships, program planning, and the day-to-day details that keep office refreshment service useful.
Marcus founded Houston Office Vending after years of working around commercial facilities and workplace operations across the Houston area. He grew up on the southwest side of Houston and still judges drive times by how Beltway 8 and the West Loop are moving. Outside work, he enjoys weekend fishing trips and cooking Vietnamese-Cajun meals for extended family gatherings.
Elena works with office managers and workplace contacts to understand headcount, break-room goals, product requests, and program changes. A lifelong Houston-area resident, she has a particular soft spot for neighborhood bakeries and keeps a running list of places to try with her sisters. She is usually the person pushing the team to make customer communication shorter and clearer.
Jordan focuses on the practical side of product movement, route planning, and keeping workplace assortments aligned with demand. He spent several years around Houston warehouse and distribution operations before joining the team, so he pays close attention to loading access, shift changes, and how long it actually takes to move through a site. On weekends, he coaches youth basketball and follows Houston sports closely.
We begin with the workplace instead of a preset package. Marcus or Elena learns about the site, including regular on-site headcount, work schedule, available break-room space, employee needs, and whether the company wants a standard employee-paid program or an employer contribution. That information helps us decide whether traditional vending, a micro market, fresh food, or another combination deserves consideration.
After service starts, Jordan and the rest of the operation pay attention to what employees actually use. The goal is not constant change for its own sake. It is to recognize when the workplace has clearly outgrown a setup, when certain products are not moving, or when employee demand is pointing toward a different assortment.
